Carriers often scan a package as delivered a little before it arrives. Check with everyone at your address, neighbors and your mailroom, and call your local post office with the tracking number: their scanner shows exactly where it was left. Most packages turn up within five business days of the scan.

Still missing after that? Email support@shopisrael.com with your order number. We open a Missing Mail search with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed missing we send a replacement.

Domestic packages with no scan for ten business days, and international packages with no movement for thirty days, are treated as lost. Email us with your order number and we send a replacement at no charge.

Gold-plated and black-finished pieces carry a surface layer over sterling silver. Like all plating, it gradually wears with daily contact. This is the nature of the finish rather than a defect, so it is not covered. Solid sterling pieces have no layer to wear through.

Yes. Returns within 30 days of delivery receive a full refund of the item price, issued to your original payment method on the day your return is checked in at our warehouse. The original shipping charge is not refunded on a return that is your choice. Banks typically take a few business days to show it.

Unworn and unused, in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn and skincare that has been opened cannot be returned.

Printed apparel (t-shirts, hoodies and other printed items) is made to order: for a size issue we send a corrected reprint once per order rather than processing a return, and you keep the original.

Put a note inside with your order number and, for an exchange, the size you would like. That note is what links the parcel to your order. Any carrier is fine. The new size ships the day your return arrives, or sooner if you send us your return tracking number.

When a return is your choice (size, change of mind), return postage is paid by you.

When we made the mistake (a wrong, damaged, or defective item), the return and the replacement are entirely on us: for lower-value items we simply send the correct one and tell you to keep the original, and for others we include a prepaid return label.
